Humans are resistant to change. Left to our own devices, we quickly revert to old thinking patterns which lead to comfortable and familiar patterns of behaviour. Rarely are we able to maintain the self-discipline required to sustain meaningful change or create the results we want.
A skilled coach will challenge your thinking, keep you accountable and raise your awareness to what is possible. Coaching provides a regular appointment to clear your head, process your emotion load and keep your eyes firmly on the result you have envisioned and not the problems that arise along the way.
Antoinette uses a Gabor Mate’s Trauma informed approach to coaching. She will keep you accountable with compassion.
