Antoinette Ross is the Founder and Managing Director of Withinsight, an award-winning consultancy that works collaboratively with organisations to build cultures with strong leadership, that value courage, innovation, and genuine creativity.
She trained with Dr Brené Brown in 2019 and is on a mission to collaborate with organisations to make business braver and fairer by encouraging us all to have the difficult conversations about gender, diversity and equality.
At the heart of all of Antoinette’s work is a commitment to developing self-awareness, expanding our capacity for empathy, and building resilience in the face of constant change. She is an engaging public speaker, always happy to share her expertise and passion for evidence-based social research. She brings to her clients a unique blend of warmth, humour and a profound understanding of Coaching, Leadership, Human behaviour and Neuroscience.
