The Resilience Programme
The Resilience Programme has been designed to meet the need for organisations to provide staff with training designed to build courage and mental strength in the face of growing pressure and stress in the workplace. This programme is an evidence based, experiential programme with a focus on supporting each individual to find strategies that will work for them.
The programme is delivered in two half day seminars, 6 weeks apart with 6 coaching sessions in between seminars to create meaningful, sustainable behavioural change.
